Rainy Days

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this weather. Pax and I have snuggled, watched a baby Einstein, colored out on the porch and ate a big bowl of oatmeal. These are the moments I'm afraid I'll long for when Baby Bennett gets here. We are so excited that we will have two children in just a month or so but I have grieved my one on one time with Pax. He is changing and growing up so fast. I feel like everyday he is saying a new word, asking me a new question or just doing something funny! I hope that I can manage my time well with both boys so that they each get special time with me. Pax knows how to melt my heart. Right now he is bringing me his grapes (morning snack). He is learning how to share and wants me to bite them in half so that I get a piece and he gets a piece. It is the cutest thing. I appreciate these days where I'm made to slow down and just be here with my boys. Thank you Lord for the reminder of just how blessed I am to be a mom. Please continue to give me your wisdom and understanding as we become a family of 4.

Real farm boys

The other day Benny had to use the tractor on site to remove some carpet that had been taken out of an apartment. Pax went with him and LOVED it!

Summer swimming coming to an end

Pax took a dip with our neighbors last week. They had a blast! I fear it may have been the last time of the season. They were all cold and their little lips were chattering but they wanted to stay in. Kids are funny that way.

7 and 1/2 months prego!

Much to my dislike I have some distant friends and family that want to see my growing belly. Here it is (and if any of you say I'm "BIG"...OFF WITH YOUR HEAD) :) love you all
